Hands on training for Gree Service Agents

Gree has hosted a series of exclusive technical training events within NSW and VIC, designed to give Gree service agents a deeper understanding of system installation, operation, maintenance, repair and warranty. Led by Scott Cowan, Gree National Service Manager, attendees were led through comprehensive content designed to elevate their technical proficiency in Gree Hi-Wall Split Systems. The training was interactive with live demonstrations and practical exercises so attendees could deep dive into the areas covered. 


The session highlight was the hands-on testing, where attendees could work with the working Gree test unit. Under the guidance of the Gree technical team, the test unit was pushed beyond its limits, intentionally inducing faults to demonstrate the error codes and Gree Diagnostic Tool in action. There was great interest in the Gree Diagnostic Tool, a valuable tool in problem-solving faults.


Attendees were also given valuable insights into the Gree warranty process. Real-life warranty images and scenarios were presented, sparking lively discussions, and demonstrating some installation errors occurring in the field. Discussions around warranty allowed participants to better understand the company's processes and levels of support offered to technicians in the field.


The training left attendees more confident in the service and maintenance of Gree units, appreciating the product’s capability and company's commitment to customer support.
