Service Agent Training

Gree Service Agents recently attended a training day at the Beijer Ref headquarters in Sydney, Australia.


Conducted by Gree business development manager Scott Cowan, the training gave service agents and their technicians an opportunity to see new product introductions, as well as gain practical technical training from local Gree specialists.


Topics discussed covered;


  • Pipe work and electrical capabilities 
  • Gree error codes and diagnosis / fault find and repair
  • Commissioning and decommissioning
  • Controls / installation and set up 
  • Maintenance
  • Technical support    
  • Warranty and service procedures     

"The training was very well presented by Scott. We allowed plenty of time for an open forum, so some of our more experienced Gree Service Agents were able to share their knowledge and experience with some of our new agents", said fellow business development manager, Darrin Ede.
