The Point, Perth WA

The Point, a luxury apartment building in Perth, seamlessly combines advanced architecture and technology. The developers aimed to create a future-forward living experience that blends sustainability, comfort, and innovation. To achieve this, they installed an HVAC system featuring 170 GMV Mini VRF Outdoor Units and 467 GMV Indoor Units, delivering 2.13 MW of cooling power.

Throughout construction, outdoor units were strategically placed on the rooftop, while sleek hi-wall and ducted indoor units were placed throughout the building. 

More than just luxury, the HVAC system uses R32 refrigerant, an eco-friendly choice that minimizes energy consumption and reduces carbon emissions.
