Beijer Ref National Support Centre

The project to build a national support centre for Beijer Ref was finished in 2021. 

Beijer Ref comprises 22,170 sqm of best in class warehousing and office accommodation also including a testing laboratory and a flagship store. To support the site with high quality air solutions both within the warehouse and the office building, it was decided to install Gree units throughout the building. The Gree units used were Heat Recovery VRF (250kW), Ducted Split (250kW) and Hiwall (40kW)

Beijer Ref is very passionate about sustainability and therefore voluntarily chose to design and construct the new building with environmentally friendly solutions. By using energy efficient cooling and heating solutions, solar panel systems, LED lighting and rainwater harvesting the company is on track to achieve a 5-star green star building rating.
